The Central New York Placement Consortium is committed to linking Business and Industry with a diversified workforce. Being in Management means making important decisions that benefit your company. Unfortunately, doing business the way "we’ve always done it" does not always cut it in the highly competitive, constantly changing business environment.

The people we support come from all walks of life, with a range of skills and education. The eight target groups we serve include: individuals with disabilities, recipients of Temporary Assistance to Needy Families (TANF) and Child Assistance Program (CAP), SSI, Food Stamps, veterans, ex-felons, high risk youth and summer youth employment.
